Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing payments, reviewing and reconciling invoices, preparing expense reports, performing journal entries, and analyzing financial data.
Job Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in finance and accounting principles
Experience with processing expense reports and journal entries
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience in the construction and industrial machinery industry is a plus
