The Accounts Payables Professional ensures that payments to Suppliers, Service Providers and Gov't. agencies are complete, valid, accurate and timely in accordance with accounting standards and principles, internal control, corporate policies & procedures and in compliance to all government rules, regulations, and laws. He/She also initiates and executes process improvements and innovations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
Must have working experience in a shared services environment, preferably handling international account.
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, tax, government laws, and preferably with exposure in US GAAP.
Preferably with exposure in an integrated computer system and relevant accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, NetSuite).
Candidates must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Candidates must be willing to work on a dayshift or shifting schedule
