Job Summary: You will be responsible for recording, processing and paying company's disbursements in timely and efficient manner. The job also entails preparing disbursement schedules, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc task the managers assign to the employee. Responsibilities: Process payments of supplier invoices and cash advances. Perform day to day financial transactions such as verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording company's accounts payable transactions. Prepare payment vouchers, check payments, bank deposits and telegraphic transfers. Performs bank reconciliation and reconcile accounts payable ledger account to ensure bills are paid on timely manner and properly posted. Prepare and update cash monitoring regularly. Resolve payment concerns and discrepancy with vendors. Assist in monthly closing of the financial statements and preparation of schedules. Requirements Graduate of BS Accountancy , or any Finance related course Preferably with 1 - 2 years of working experience as accounts payable specialist or related role, but Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable principles Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records Hands-on experience with MS Office, spreadsheets and/or any similar software Experienced in Netsuite is preferred but not necessary Customer service orientation and negotiation skills High degree of data accuracy and attention to detail Good English communications, both written and verbal Benefits WHAT WE OFFER: Great Place to Work-Certified Company Premium HMO Holistic employee experience Hybrid work setup Rewards and incentives Monthly engagement activities Career advancement opportunities Paid referral program
