What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist who will be working with our US-based client. Our client is one of America's largest and fastest-growing online retailers of specialized automotive products. They are committed to providing top-quality products from trusted name brands.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Process invoices and credit memos from the prior day (high volume)
Increase accuracy of invoice and credit memo entry
Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments of all invoices
Increase the percentage of invoices paid on time
Analyze metrics to improve the invoice process
Assist in continuous improvement of the procure-to-pay cycle
Assist with vendor inquiries as needed
Report daily metrics as they relate to the invoice process
Monitor shipped/not invoiced and returns/not credited reports and request invoices/credits as needed
Other reasonable activities required by management/leadership
About You:
Core qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience is required
Customer service experience is a plus
Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivots, vlookup, sumif)
Coachable
Detail, goal, and team-oriented
Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
Good organizational skills
Effective time management
Easily adapts to new or changing processes
