Verify supplier's invoices and billings.
Process payments of suppliers' billings.
Reconcile PO vs Deliveries and Invoices
Update and monitor Accounts Payable Aging.
Monitoring of overdue accounts.
Ensuring all critical payables deadlines are met.
Respond to internal and external customers on Accounts Payable inquiries
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of any business-related course.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong analytical and time management skills;
Detail-oriented and can work with minimum supervision;
With effective communication skills
Ability to manage suppliers' demands and expectations
