SnappyCX is seeking experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full- cycle AP processes, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and timely payments for its client. You will support month-end close activities, maintain accurate GL coding and PO matching, and resolve complex vendor issues. Proficient in ERP systems and skilled at mentoring junior staff to ensure efficiency and compliance within the accounting function.Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in accounts payable processes, a strong understanding of the financial and accounting closing process and be adept at using fully integrated ERP, and the ability to effectively mentor and train junior staff.
Analyse and process full-cycle accounts payable in a timely manner including, but not limited to reconciling vendor statements, assisting with the dispute of inaccurate invoices, ensuring accurate GL Coding and POs invoices (GRN) match, routing invoices for the appropriate approvals, resolving processing issues, preparing and executing payment runs, and payment batch reconciliation.
Investigate and resolve complex vendor / invoice issues and perform research as
Assist with the month-end close functions in accordance with the financial close
Support the Accounts Payable accounting activities which may include month end close while ensuring accuracy in the general ledger.
Should have over two years of experience in a similar position.
