1. PAYMENT PROCESS AND CONTROLS EFFICIENCY
1.1Reviews and posts accounts payable vouchers for all non trade payables by the AP staff and ensures the validity and correctness of documents / entries / amount due / payee in the APVs before check preparation
1.2Reviews and post APVs for debit and credit memos
1.3Reviews and uploads / post petty cash / price survey fund replenishment
2. BUDGET MONITORING AND CONTROL
2.1Ensures that all CAs / BTAs not liquidated after the seven day grace period are submitted to payroll for salary deduction
2.2Monitors the adequacy of marketing,training and CAPEX budgets and ensures that all payments charged to these budgets are deducted before check preparation
3. REPORTORIAL MANAGEMENT - EXTERNAL
3.1Answers / attends to employees complaints no longer managed by the staff level especially those with 2nd SDAs which can no longer be refunded
3.2Attends to suppliers follow ups
