Roles and Responsibilities:
Received and verify invoices and requisitions for good and services.
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities resolving purchase order, contact, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documents insuring credit is received for outstanding memos issuing stop payments or purchase order amendments.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial transactions, records and files.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance preferred
Previous accounts payable experience preferred
Effective business writing and professional communication skills
Qualifications and Experiences
Can work well with others.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.
