As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Accounts Payable of our company and driving our customer strategy forward.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Ensuring all creditors are paid-on-time;
Credit card processing from end to end;
Data entry and record keeping;
Analysis and reporting;
Preparation of credit applications;
Release and maintain retention account;
Mail registrations and invoicing uploads into Jobpac software;
Accurate coding of overhead invoices;
Creating the schedules for payments of bonds and generation of documentation and journals;
Review of payee payments;
Management of Creditor's Ledgers; and
End Of Month accruals and End Of Year reporting.
Assist in handling and management of documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and job costing.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with high volume invoices in medium to large organisations.
Strong computer literacy skills (intermediate to advanced Excel- V look ups, pivot tables and basic macro understanding, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Experience with Jobpac is advantageous but not compulsory.
SAP Business Analytics experience with report writing is a plus.
Exceptional time management with the agility to prioritise shifting directions.
Willing to work in the office full time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
