JOB SUMMARY:
Complete payments and control expenses plus processing, verifying reconciling invoices.
DUTIES AND TASK:
Preparation of check for payments to suppliers and online transfers for outside remittance
APB and CDB data entry
Resolve supplier discrepancies and issuance of 2307 thru portal or e-mail
Check cash advance liquidations and petty cash replenishments
BIR and other government reports
Other task assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
You have a Bachelor/Academic degree in accounting.
With knowledge in SAP Business One
Knowledgeable in BIR and other Government Reports
Retail experience is not required (but preferred).
You have strong written and oral communication skills.
