Responsibility:
Manual Invoice Entry
Two-way-matching of all invoices for assigned vendors.
Electronic Filing of assigned invoices upon entry
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or any business-related courses
BPO or shared service experience is a MUST.
Ability to professionally and effectively communicate directly with Vendor contacts and co-workers.
Two to three years of experience in AP invoicing
Amenable to work on a fixed night shift schedule.
Amenable to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa once WIO resumes.
