JOB SUMMARY:
Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for the smooth operations of the department.
He/She ensures that the payments are on time, within agreed service level agreements, and communications with internal/external customers are done regularly for proper coordination.
He/She ensure that payments are done in accordance with company policies and procedures.
With good grasp of the processes and policies, accounting principles that govern the disbursements cycle.
He/She is responsible for continuously improving the processes and solutions to enhance the working experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in AP operations
With prior experience in payments processing in Shared Services field; Experience in retail industry is an advantage
Strong in the management of process improvement projects
Knowledgeable about risks and controls assessment and can implement the framework to the team
Must posses good people leadership and management skills
Adept at customer vendor relations with the ability to maintain lasting relations with partners, vendors, co-workers, all stakeholders
Effective communicator and skilled negotiator; With the ability to optimize department capabilities, processes and work harmoniously internally and externally to arrive at workable solutions
Proficient in Office 365 and SAP FICO. Knowledge of S4 Hana is an advantage
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Libis, Quezon City
