Accounts Payable Manager for Probe Group BGC, Taguig Immediate StartBeepo, Inc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage team of Accounts Payable Officer (currently 3 FTE)
Mentor, train and review the performance of team
Meet the KPI'S and SLA'S driven by Client
Manage and distribute the workload between team to meet the KPI's and SLA's
Liaise directly with client for day to day operations
Review and validate the work of team members
Review, code verify and transact AP invoices and vendor ledger entries
Resolve issues with store and warehouse employees
Escalation to Accounts Payable onshore representative of complex cases where information in the invoices, receipts and purchase orders don't match
Respond to and resolve vendor queries
Prepare and process electronic payments
Research and resolve supplier statement discrepancies and issues
Prepare and submit various report as per client requirements
Maintain audit-standard filing system for payments and invoice approvals
Process improvement and documentation
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Accounting preferably CPA
Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in team management
Solid experience in AP and AR function
Solid understanding bookkeeping and best practise AP principles
Experience using ERP preferably Navision
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Positive 'can do' attitude
Clear and confident communication
Attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated time management skills
Leadership skills
Team management skills
Preferably with Shared Service environment experience and Retail Industry/Inventory taking experience
Temporary Work from Home set up but must be willing to work in Probe Office in BGC, Taguig after quarantine
