Accounts Payable Global Operations Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Global Operations Manager, you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
Main point of contact to run P2P operations. Manage queues of work/ productivity and work through conflicting demands. Provide consistency across Service Teams in the delivery of process specific services ensuring processes and procedures are implemented and maintained. Escalation point within customer organization to resolve issues relating to P2P operations for the account
Set up and/or improve management systems to be able to predict potential breakdowns and other risks and come up with mitigation plan.
Review Performance Metrics and provide insight, guidance to team as needed. Where there is a miss, complete Root Cause Analysis and be able to quickly agree and work through Action Plan with Client and Team
Input into overall vision of P2P. Partner with client to develop strategies and projects to support client vision
Ensure that the services provided are continually improved and evolved to meet best practices and business requirements
Maintain good relationship with Client and be able to negotiate armed with data and analysis
Maintain a high internal control posture on your contract to achieve a satisfactory rating on all internal and external audits.
Ensure proper financial reporting of data (billing)
Succession planning for key roles
Provide a well structured and open working environment and Maintain employee climate
Hold regular meetings with team leaders as well as with the entire team to discuss current situation on the project, listen to comments, feedback, requests and proposals concerning any aspect of our work.

Required Expertise:
At least 3 years proven P2P Delivery Manager Experience managing complex/large engagements. Deep understanding of P2P Operations in the BPO environment
Leadership & Collaboration Skills
Hands on experience Managing Client
Excellent Communicator to Clients and to Team
Aware of Industry trends
Results Orientation
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Preferred Expertise:
Any ERP- SAP, Oracle, JD Ed, Any home grown ERP
Dispute Management
Work experience of handling international payables
