Accounts Payable associateExcelsior Farms Inc.

1. Matches and validates of accounting source documents.
o Three (3) way matching of invoices
o Preparation of check vouchers, billing statements and checks for signature.
2. Ensures coding for the befitting expense/income accounts.
o Encodes of transaction records in the accounting software.
3. Tracks and monitors of documents.
o Prepares APV/CV, SOA/SI, and Transmittal.
4. Evaluates all accounts payable/receivable balances and resolves all unpaid/outstanding invoice issues.
o Prepares regular reports for client consumption (Monthly collection reports, disbursement reports)
5. Escalates issues to the immediate superior
o Prepares exception reports for unusual transactions noted
6. Other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
