Graduate of BS Accountancy/BS Management major in Accounting/Finance
With one (1) to two (2) years experience in handling accounts payable
Provide 100% accurate data entry of vendors' invoices and employees' expense in accordance with standard procedures set out in the standard AP operating procedures.
Ensure completeness of invoice posting and no invoices should have missed.
Ensure AP processing is within the agreed 2 days turnaround time.
Record keeping of scanned documents send by the affiliates on the respective folders.
Work and coordinate with the affiliates if there are any discrepancy on vendor invoices.
Perform daily tracking of invoices received, posted, rejected and pending items.
Identify opportunities of process improvements assigned and related tasks.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor and Manager.
