Accounts Payable associateZalora

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented candidate to fill the position of Accounts Payable Associate at ZALORA Philippines. The candidate will be fully responsible to ensure that spend incurred by the company is recorded in a timely and accurate manner. The candidate will also partner with the Associate Accounting Manager in ensuring that transactions affecting the company as a whole are properly recorded. This requires a willingness to learn the broad operations of the company, strong interpersonal skills to partner with different business units, and high attention to detail given the wide variety of transactions.
Responsibilities:
Handles the payables to both regional and local branded outright sales models.
Manages brands like Nike and Adidas, which are considered VIP suppliers of the company.
Receives and records more than 500 invoices or around 40 purchase orders per month, both for regional and local branded outright.
Performs a 3-way match process wherein the quantities and prices between the invoices, good receipts, and purchase orders are compared.
Works closely with both local and regional buyers in resolving supplier disputes, if any.
Does the mass bill payments for Interco (ZALORA South East Asia & ZALORA Malaysia) transactions and monitors the invoices of One Stock Solutions (1SS) suppliers.
Requirements:
At least 1-year of working experience.
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or a related field. CPAs preferred.
Good computer literacy. Candidates with strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems will be preferred.
With strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must excel at multi-tasking while paying great attention to detail.
Dynamic and proactive.
High level of passion to learn new things and adaptability to challenging tasks.
Amenable to work in MCX E-commerce Center, Muntinlupa City
