We are looking for a talented Accounts Payable (AP) Associate to join our team for our Sales and Service Business Unit based Laguna, Philippines. This position will be reporting to the Regional AP Manager and responsible for managing supplier payments within the AP team.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Carry out invoice processing for payments to suppliers
Working across multiple currencies and regional suppliers
Working closely with other AP team members to manage a high volume of active suppliers across APAC region
Performing suppliers reconciliation on monthly and quarterly based
Responsible for internal and external replies to enquires either by phone or emails
Perform monthly reporting such as SLA and Volume Billings
Responsible to generate payments report and review of payment
Performing bank verification
Supports account reconciliation and analysis, journal entry preparation and data entry
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related courses
Minimum of 2 years working experience in an Accounts Payable function in managing APAC large volume accounts
Experience working in a Shared Service or BPO environment will be an added advantage
Experience in working with MNC
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and high attention to details
Excellent communication skills to handle local and regional stakeholders
