Job Description
Responsible for processing vendor invoices, customer refunds, including verification for accuracy of transactions and compliance with company policy, data entry in financial system and vendor inquiries, and also ensures Sarbanes and Oxley compliance.
Major Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Posting team handles posting of received invoices within Asia Pacific, Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), and North America/Latin America (NA/LA).
Verifies all scanned documents/invoices sent by locations into SAP/Process Director
Posting all vendor and intercompany invoices in SAP
Attends to vendor/internal customer inquiries
Preferred Competencies
Must possess a high level of integrity and ethics.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
Can work with very minimal supervision.
Show knowledge of processes and make productivity improvement recommendations.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related courses.
