Job Qualification:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
Being a CPA is an advantage, but not required.
Experience in the related field is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably from National Capital Region; Must be amenable to work in Makati City.
Can start as soon as possible.
Job Description:
Prepares A/P invoices and payment vouchers for reimbursement claims of all employees except Managers and Heads;
Ensures that cash advances of employees are within limit and are liquidated on time;
Ensures that claims/reimbursements are credited to the employees account on time which is 4 working days from submission of reimbursements/ claims
Prepares schedules of Financial Statements
Non trade Payables
Advances subject for liquidation
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
