Accounts Payable associate (reliever)D & L Industries

Position Summary:
Ensures timely processing and payment of supplier billings
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance of vouchers and billings received with the company policies before processing
Processes supplier billings and ensures correct charging of financial accounts and taxes
Prepares check vouchers and payments based on supplier terms
Issues check to suppliers and ensures proper receipts are received
Prepares, monitors and safekeeps issued 2307 to suppliers
Performs supplier SOA reconciliations
Communicates and monitors status of billing conflicts/disputes
Monitors unreleased and outstanding checks
Assists in physical count, reconciliation
Maintains proper and orderly filing of all processed billings and payments
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Preferably possessing a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
Competencies:
Goal oriented, hardworking, competent, computer literate, keen to details, organized and a fast
learner.
Basic Training Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. excel)
