JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile:
This is a Pharmaceutical Shared Service company engaging in developing, manufacturing and distribution of products in the areas of healthcare, nutrition and high-tech materials.
Requirements:
Open for CPa and Non-CPA
Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related courses
Experience in Accounting Functions, Shared Service and SAP and participation in Projects or similar activities are an advantage
Has good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
Process invoice exceptions within VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) including related transactions
Facilitate timely reconciliation of vendor statements by resolving billing, payment and debit/credit issues
Maintain the vendor master data file
Compile documentation in accordance with both company policy and generally accepted accounting principles
Ensure compliance with internal controls
Assist with monitoring shared phone lines and email boxes
Participate in special project
Contribute to ongoing process improvements
Other tasks may be assigned
