Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of BS Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in payables and payroll preparation.
With knowledge or background in an accounting system, specifically SAP.
Detail-oriented, organized, and with strong analytical skills.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Good moral character.
Responsibilities
Support company-wide initiative to increase cash flow by identifying better payment terms.
Verify receipts and ensure compliance for employee expense accounts.
Establish new vendor accounts and requisition and update vendor tax forms.
Process payroll.
Issue weekly payments to vendors by check.
Compose effective accounting reports summarizing accounts payable data.
Prepare payroll for salary including necessary reports for regulatory bodies.
Respond to payroll accounting inquiries; provide resolution, information, or direction accordingly.
Create and implement a streamlined expenditure spreadsheet for pending expenses before the company converts from handwritten checks.
Process all invoices relate to fix assets.
