JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Processes invoice payments to supplier and service providers
· Processes employee reimbursement, cash advances and liquidation
· Handles resolution of invoices and expense reports issues for his/her assigned areas
· Updates AP SAP ledger and responsible for month end closing of AP SAP module
· Performs month end closing procedures-customer commitment
· Support and assist external auditor prior to issuance of annual income tax return
· On time completion of assigned workload
· Implements error proofing methods to ensure all transactions are posted accurately
· Other task assigned by the Finance Manager
JOB QUALIFICATION:
· Graduate of Finance/Accounting course, CPA but not mandatory
· With at least 2 years work experience in Accounts payable function under a computerizes accounting set up
· Systems experience/exposure: SAP
· Knowledgeable on Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
· Proficient in speaking English. Excellent in written and in verbal communication.
· Applicant willing to be assigned in Makati City.
