Job Description
The position will be part of the Accounts Payable Team and will assist the Accounts Payable Team Lead in, but not limited to: (1) validation and processing to SAP of supplier invoices, (2) encoding in SAP of employee reimbursements and liquidations (3) supplier account reconciliations (4) other tasks that may be assigned by the Accounts Payable Team Lead.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or ny related accounting course.
CPA and advantage but not required.
Exposure to vendor invoice payment processing is preferred but not required.
Has above average excel ability.
Background in SAP preferred but not required.
With working knowledge on Vat Added Tax, Expanded Withholding Tax and other applicable Tax Regulations.
Good oral and written communication skils.
Exemplary analytical skills and reconciliation skills.
Critical Thinking - able to evaluate and assess validity and appropriates of billing invoices to be processed.
Keen on financial and numerical details.
Has sense of urgency and attention to details.
Willing to work in Quezon City.
