Minimum Requirements:
Must be an Accounting graduate;
With at least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable;
With enough understanding of accounting concepts to properly code expenses;
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel;
With initiative, can work on minimal supervision; is a team player;
Keen to details and has an excellent time management.
Your scope of responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Check and verifies accounts payable documents for authenticity, completeness and accuracy;
Maintains disbursement register log of the company and its affiliates;
Prepares check vouchers and check other bank forms including deposit or payment slip if needed;
Attends supplier's payment concerns, clarification and reconciliation;
Prepares certificate if expanded tax withheld (BIR 2307) for suppliers.
