Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
One (1) Fixed Term Contract for five (5) months
Office is located in Km20 East Service Road, South Super Hiway Brgy Cupang Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and validate completeness and accuracy of vendor invoices and supporting documents through manual invoice countering with suppliers, STP Online Log Sheet or Vendor Invoice Input System (VIIS).
• Ensure all corresponding original invoices are received and transmitted to appropriate AP processor at most the following day.
• Send daily notification of all received invoices to employees.
• Encode invoice details with complete supporting documents in the manual RPI monitoring to monitor received invoices.
• Update the status of invoices in the VIIS until processed by AP-Delivery.
• Monitor utilization of Vendor Invoice System by suppliers.
• Ensure that manual Request for payment and monitoring of backlogs are updated.
• Act as document controller for received invoices of STP.
• Escalate aging invoices with incomplete supporting documents.
• Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time by line manager.
