Job Scope
Accounts Payable Entry
Accounts Receivable Entry
Un/Conditional Waivers and Releases
Accounts Receivable Collections (email & web based)
Statement Reconciliation
Monthly Compliance Reports
Will work closely with vendors and constant communication with clients
Self-Starter
Requirements
Knowledge of construction accounting practices
Strong understanding of the AP and AR process
Ability to innovate and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable with US markets
Ability to innovate and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
College degree in the field of service
Excellent command of the English language - oral and written
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Working hours Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, Pacific Standard Time
