SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of accounts payable voucher of operation expenses of the company.
FUNCTIONS:
Receives and process RFP from Engineering Department for Contractors payable of all ALHI projects;
Receives and process RFP from HR payroll department for employees and agents payroll, loans and other related payroll payables;
Receives and process RFP from Finance department for Fund Transfer and CTS Loans;
Receives and process RFP from Admin Department for utilities, water, electricity, communication, rentals and securities payables of the company;
Receives and process RFP from Procurement Department for office supplies and construction materials needed;
Receives and process RFP from Sales and Marketing Department for commission, rentals, advertisement and booth rentals payables;
Receives and process RFP from Finance and Executive Department for Rebates, Reimbursement Expenses and Client Taxes payables;
Prepares Journal vouchers such as:
Cash Advances Liquidation
PDC's and other amortization
Prepares Accounts payable voucher of top priority expenses such as communication expenses, utility bills, personnel and management cost-PPDC, ARCI, GRIC.
Prepares APV upon confirmation of completeness and accuracy of the source documents details indicate in the RFP.
Prepares APV for booth rental, cash advances, ATM sales commissions, petty cash replenishment, 2307 or EWT of suppliers;
Checks and verifies request for payment (RFP) upon receipts from requisitioning party based on attached source documents;
Files and maintains PPDC, GRIC, ARCI accounts payable vouchers;
Records and checks liquidation for cash advances of personnel and agents;
Encodes and prepares list of transmittal for basement/warehouse - old documents;
Ensures that all payables are scheduled and paid on-time and reviews source documents prior to voucher processing.
Monitors transmittal from Treasury Department;
Updates and maintains the APV schedule listing;
Performs analysis of accounts
Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent;
Previous experience in accounting from a real estate company would be an advantage;
With at least 1 year work experience in Accounts Payable;
With good oral & written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
Computer proficient;
Willing to Work at Makati
