Job Summary:
Responsible for processing the accounts payable transactions of the company & provides accounting, administrative and clerical support to the organization. Assist also in accounts receivable transactions.
Detailed Job Description:
a. Matching of approved PO to DR to RR to Supplier's Invoices/receipts before encoding to ARIES & maintain accurate filling of invoices, purchase orders, check vouchers & related supporting documents.
b. Prepares check payments and BIR 2307 Forms accurately & timely.
c. Prepares related bank documents and forms in processing the transactions at the banks.
d. Ensures timely payments of vendor's invoices and expense reimbursements.
e. Act as petty cash fund custodian and ensures PCF replenishments are accurate and properly accounted.
f. Handle management's expense report liquidation properly and accurately.
g. Handle reports that are encoded to BIR program (MAP, SAWT and VAT relief).
h. Updating customer's Masterfile via client information sheet submitted by Sales Team.
i. Supports Finance Team goals and assists Finance Manager & Management in ad hoc tasks & reports.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of Accountancy or Business course major in Financial Management or Accounting Technology
· At least 2 years solid accounting experience in Accounts Payable or any equivalent position
· Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
· Residing in Metro Manila
· Trainable and self-motivated
