Accounts Payable analystOne Group Accounting Firm

· To provide financial and administrative support for the organization. They process payments, verify invoices, and reconcile all expenses to keep track of what's going out of the business.
· Monitor tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time.
· Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
· Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
· Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
· Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling client accounts and monthly client statements.
· Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.
· Performing other duties as required.
