Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Gather all vendor invoices, review coding of Non -PO Freight invoices in Basware, and prepare check requests.
Upload scanned invoices in Basware
Reconciliation of payments, invoice discrepancies and prepare analysis of vendor accounts
Prepare weekly payment forecast & Paylink
Ensure timely payments of Taxes and clearing
Prepare account schedule/Aging Reports monthly for review and ensure 100% accuracy of month end A/P balances including GR IR Accounts
Prepare 2307 for all vendor accounts
Provide other administrative support as needed
