Job Descriptions
The Accounts Payable Analyst is mainly responsible for validating, processing and recording transactions arising from request for payments of suppliers, reimbursements of employees' expenses, official cash advances and liquidations, replenishment of revolving fund and other similar function.
Prepares BIR form 2307 for transactions processed wherein expanded withholding tax were withheld.
Maintains the accounts payable books and ensures the propriety of recorded transactions.
Performs regular reconciliation with suppliers on outstanding balances.
Follow ups and coordinates with other departments regarding billing and requests for payments.
Prepares, records and monitors monthly accruals.
Generates and prepares expense and payable schedules under the supervision of the AP Supervisor.
Organize files of Accounts Payable department.
Perform other duties as directed by Company's management.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance Management and the like.
At least 1 year experience in Accounts Payable
