Job Description
Process transactions involving vendor invoices, payables and related adjusting entries.
Analyse subsidiary ledger entries to explain any unusual balances
Reconcile SAP payable balance with statement of accounts from vendor
Generate reports from the system for reconciliation and payment monitoring purposes
Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree graduate or at least 2nd year undergraduate
Experience in handling billing and invoice entry using SAP system (SAP Business One or R/3)
Ability to analyze the entries in SAP system and propose adjusting entries when needed
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Confident in using the English language during meetings and preparing email correspondences
Must be willing to be assigned in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Amenable to work on fixed night shift schedule (12mn to 9am shift)
Salary Package:
Compensation - Basic plus allowances P21,000 to P25,000
