Position: Accounts Payable Administrator
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: PH Time
Office Location: BGC, Taguig
Tasks required:
Assist with Month End Processing
Assist with Daily Bank Reconciliations
Banking and Petty Cash
Process credit card payments
Input necessary data into ABEL ensuring notes are detailed e.g. 30 day a/c open, insurance approval dates and any other relevant information which may assist order entry
Creditor Invoicing
Creditor and COD accounts
Processing of all Suppliers invoices, including payments and reconciliation
Manage supplier invoices via ABEL
Liaise with suppliers as required
Assist customer with account enquiries as required
Consult with BDMs on problem invoices/accounts
Liaise with internal managers and staff as required
Ensure all filing is completed on a daily basis
Maintenance of all creditors documentation to enable efficient traceability and audit review
Prepare and maintain creditor files
Other ad hoc duties to be assigned
Requirements:
Proven 1-2 years work experience in an accounts position
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
Aptitude for numbers
Knowledge of accounting software
Proficient in data entry
High level of accuracy
Ability to remain calm under pressure and achieve deadlines
Ability to analyze financial data is desirable but not essential
Intermediate MS Office skills, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines
Strong planning, organizational and solid administration skills
