ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
 
Job Overview:
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong English communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and accurate data entry, with the ability to meet customer service-level standards in both internal and external coordination.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions accurately and on time
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation
Track invoices, payments, and account data using Microsoft Excel
Communicate clearly and professionally in English with team members and stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all assigned tasks
Adhere to customer service-level standards for responsiveness and professionalism
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, tracking, and reporting)
High level of accuracy in data entry
Strong attention to detail and professional work standards
Accounting degree is an advantage
