The Opportunity:

Reporting to Management your role will be varied, and each day will be different. Your main role will involve assisting our accounts team with daily transactions and general administrative tasks, whilst complimenting our operations team with their daily duties
Key Responsibilities:
Timely completion of designated tasks to meet strategic or operational deadlines
Develop professional relationships with customers colleagues and management
Payroll/account queries
Assistance with answering email enquiries and bookings
Other ad-hoc administration duties
Review and update payroll processes and procedures to ensure the payroll department is working efficiently and effectively as possible.
Key Skills & Experience:
3 years + experience in a similar role
payroll experience preferred
Degree in Accountancy or any related course
Experience in XERO Accounting System preferred
Accounts experience including invoicing, General accounts
Intermediate to advanced MS Office, Word, Excel
Ability to multi task with excellent time management skills
Excellent verbal and written skills (English) and a dedicated customer focussed approach
Organised, proactive and the ability to meet deadlines
Self-motivation and ability to work effectively on your own or with a team
Desirable:
Experience and skills in payroll processing for a labour hire or recruitment company will be highly regarded
