Working within an team of Sales, Marketing, Design, Development and Product Managers to support a platform that improves the lives, well-being and health of people all over the world.
You will spend most of your time maintaining Client Accounts on Zoho, processing payments, creating invoices on Xero and improving admin processes. We have a major focus on accurate and timely billing of our products and services.
We are developers of a leading edge edge technology from voice to vision, IoT, Web, Tablet, Mobile, Smart TV, and a wide range of health devices. You will have the opportunity to grow and learn across a range of platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review and consolidate sales, purchases, collections and payments. Over-all in charge of activities and deliverables of Accounting and Finance, including bookkeeping, financial statement generation, other financial reporting, applying knowledge of up-to-date Accounting principles;
2. Generating invoices and account statements.
3. Maintain and manage database of Customers and Debtors.
4. Daily or weekly bank reconciliation
5. Manage and Process Orders and liaising with suppliers for optimal delivery time
6. Reviewing time logs on a regular basis to ensure that billable work is correctly recorded and flagged appropriately.
7. Work with client leads to approve time logs for billing
8. Run a list of upcoming renewals at the start of each month for the next month and prepare a marketing report.
9. Manage and Update Client Account Details on Zoho CRM and Zoho Subscriptions
10. Assisting with other reporting through data entry and reviews on a weekly basis.
11. Lead Special Administration Projects
Qualifications
• Minimum five years' experience in a financial processing position;
• CPA Board Passer
• Experience with handling Australian Clients
• Proficient with ZOHO, XERO and Microsoft Office Excel and Word;
• Excellent presentation, communication, time management and organisational skills;
• Ability to exhibit multi-tasking;
• Work independently and as a team member; and
• Ability to manage project billing and project timesheet driven invoicing
