About Your Client:
Your client is one of Australia's leading independently owned and operated coffee roasters. They deliver freshly roasted coffee beans all throughout Australia and internationally and are ardent supporters of the Rainforest Alliance sustainable coffee program.
What You Will Do:
Entering Invoices into the Accounts Payable area of our Software System - Epicor.
Coding Invoices to the correct expense code from the General Ledger.
Matching values between our Retail shop till closures and tender received on Bank Statements.
Reconciliation in full of 16 Company Bank Statements.
Cash Receipt entries into Software System.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months experience in business accounting or relevant field.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Experience with accounting software and data entry.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Understanding of confidentiality.
Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
The ability to understand and reconcile variances between Retail shop tills and Banking entries.
Being a CPA is an advantage but not required.
