As the Accounts and Operations support person you will be responsible for accurate data entry of customer records, reconciling sales quotes and invoices, customer data quality control and supporting the operations team with customers product procurement requests.
Main duties and responsibilities
Accounts Support
Updating customer agreements & subscriptions
Vendor reconciliation
Customer invoice reconciliation
Working with the operations team to procure and provision products and services
Ensuring high data quality in the operation teams system
Ensure certain processes are being followed by the operations teams
Ensure data lists are kept up-to-date
Document systems and processes
Operations Support
Working with the operations team to procure and provision products and services
Ensuring high data quality in the operation teams system
Other Duties
Ensure certain processes are being followed by the operations teams
Ensure data lists are kept up-to-date
Document systems and processes
Requirements
At least 3 years accounts experience
High attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of business
Proven capacity to work within a small team environment
Skilled in use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Accounts receivable or payable experience desirable
Xero experience desirable
Candidates should be willing to work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 11am.
