Role Purpose:
To provide a full range of accounts payable services to New Zealand SME's.
Position Overview:
1. To process invoicing and accounts payables.
2. To carry out banking activities
3. To process payroll
4. To prepare monthly accounts
5. To complete compliance, reporting and clerical duties
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Essential
▪ Minimum of 2 year experience in similar role
▪ Very good written and oral English communication
▪ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
▪ Xero certified advisor
▪ High attention to detail
▪ Experience working with global clients is a MUST
Required
▪ BPO experience
▪ Xero certified
▪ Experience with accounting software - Receipt Bank, Hubdoc
▪ Experience with working remotely for offshore clients
