Primary Responsibilities:
Regular
1. Generates & analyzes the daily Domestic/International Flts. from ODS DCSR (Daily Consolidated Seats Report)
2. Generates & analyzes the daily Flight Status Report in ODS and Skyport.
3. Generates & analyzes the daily Revenue By Flight, Boarded & No-Show from Skyledger.
4. Generates & analyzes the daily YQ & Prior-year Issued Bookings reports from ODS.
5. Generates & analyzes the daily Flight By Booking Class (FIM) reports from ODS.
6. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by his/her superior.
Weekly
1. Prepares Weekly Summary of Singapore (SIN) Flight count
Periodic
1. Prepares the monthly Domestic and International PLF Summary Report.
2. Prepares the monthly Domestic and International PLF Summary Report for Cebu Routes.
3. Prepares the monthly Out CEBU & MPH Domestic Pax count Summary for DPSC
4. Prepares the monthly Domestic and International CAB Report.
5. Prepares the monthly Passenger Report for Out JAPAN.
6. Prepares the monthly Revenue By Flight report.
7. Prepares the monthly Revenue By Tail report.
8. Prepares the monthly ASF, DPSC & Prior-year Issued Bookings reports.
9. Prepares the monthly IBR template and upload to SAP.
10. Prepares Manual JV template for Hongkong Security Surcharge and Other Revenues.
11. Prepares Manual JV for adjustment based on the amount of TPE Vat uploaded in SAP.
12. Prepares Payment Advice for the settlement of airport fees & charges.
13. Prepares other reports required by management & the external auditors.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Accountancy.
Background in airline accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are a plus but not required.
Must be comfortable working with a team and in a fast-paced and agile environment that calls for frequent collaboration across business/departments/partners.
