Roles and Responsibilities
Daily checking of Subcontractor Insurances
Monthly raising of Claims and turn into Sales Invoice every ledger close
Creating Non Job and Job contracts
Setting up supplier and customer credit applications in the system
Updating employees licenses
Assisting in actioning of shared inbox
Action & response to emailed requests in a timely manner
Assisting in preparation of month end reports or any Ad hoc task
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/or any Business related course
2 to 3 years' experience in same field
Can speak both English and Tagalog
Can start ASAP
A Successful Candidate Must Have
Knowledge of any accounting software is desired
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel in particular)
High accuracy to details
Must be a team player and can work with less supervision
Excellent time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:55 AM to 3:55 PM
