Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily receipting for Trust account in Rex including queries and follow-up receipting
- Data entry of trust supplier invoices for review
- Self-review of own data entry prior to second in-house review
- Creating batch payment and uploading once invoices approved
- Uploading trust supplier invoices to REX (once processed, upload to relevant property in REX HO)
- Entering head office bills into relevant Xero files for review and approval
Basic Administrative Tasks:
- Processing Form 6 request
- Creation of property folders on the server
- Saving documents to server and REX as appropriate
- Creating cards on Trello
- REX entry including contact creations
- Draft marketing review
- Vendor and Agent marketing invoices
- Title searches
- Pool cert and other searches
- Creation of blank contracts
- Creation of marketing proofs including sold DL's and listed social tiles
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of accounting experience in the Australian real estate industry
Minimum Qualifications
- Should know how to do basic data entry in XERO
- Should know how to use Trello
- Should know what is Australian Tax and GST requirements
- Should know how to use Excel and Word
- Should know how to use Outlook
- Should know how to do Filing and data entry
A Successful Candidate must have
- Attention to detail
Proficient with
- XERO
- MS Outlook
Experience Advantage
