ACCOUNTING TECHNOLOGY GRADUATES
BS ACCOUNTANCY GRADUATES
» Performs general accounting tasks such as:
» Posting revenues, expenses and other monthly client transactions.
» Reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing adjusting entries, closing entries and schedules
» Preparing BIR returns e.g. VAT, withholding taxes and corresponding Alphalists and BIR form 2307 or 2306
» Participates in preparing financial statements
» Assists in government and statutory audits
» Performs other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Appropriate qualifications:
Positive Attitude, Patient, HONEST
Proficient in:
- MS Office Applications, (Word, Excel, PPoint)
- Docusign, Gmail, Google Workspace (gDRive, gSheets, gDocs)
- Zoom, Viber, Google Meet, FB Messenger, Hangout
- Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Photocopier, Scanner,
- Tab, Mobile Phone, Wifi Modem
Minimum of 1-year practice
Strong command of English
Open to fast-paced environment and scheduled WFM set-up
Works gracefully with pressure and due dates
Attention to details - A MUST
TRAINABLE
On call even outside duty hours
