Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting and Taxation team.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements.
Maintain and ensure accuracy of accounting and taxation records.
Handles tax compliance clients regarding payments, contributions and taxes.
Maintains and records bookkeeping of the company.
Review and release accounting documents ensuring its accuracy and zero mistakes.
Provide orientation and training to team members for skills and work process enhancement.
Maintain an efficient monitoring system and submit reports on time.
Perform all other tasks as may be assigned by the Management.
Salary is commensurate with experience and competency.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Assistant Manager/ Manager capacity handling general, financial, and tax compliance.
Strong analytical and strategic skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Trustworthy, with attention to detail and able to detect inconsistencies.
Positive working attitude and highly organized.
