Job Description
Accounting Supervisor
Summary:
The job of the Accounting Assistant is responsible in providing assistance in supervising the day to day transaction of the Company.
The job reports to the Accounting Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A.
Supervision and review of day to day transaction of the Company.
B.
Preparation of tax returns (VAT, EWT, 1601-C, ITR and others)
C.
Payroll computation and remittances.
D.
Prepare balance sheet, general ledger accounts and income statement schedules
D.
Assists Accounting manager in performing general account analysis and reconciliation
D
Recording and managing of month-end and year-end closing
E.
Perform additional tasks and analysis as required by the Accounting Manager and Management.
Criteria:
1.
A Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
2.
At least 2 years of working experience experience in a similar capacity/role
3.
Preferably Supervisor/4 years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in General Accounting
4.
Has extensive knowledge in Taxation, Financial Statement Preparation, Philippine Accounting Standard and Auditing.
5.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
6.
Will be deployed in BGC Taguig City.
