ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
 
Job Qualifications:
 
1. Education 
Bachelor of Science Major in Accounting or Accounting Technology 
2. Experience 
Minimum experience of 1 year of the same role 
3. Technical Skills 
Proficient in preparing the monthly Financial Statements
In-depth knowledge of GAAP and other relevant financial regulations 
4. Analytical Skills 
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills 
Ability to analyze financial data, interpret trends and make recommendations 
5. Communication 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information 
6. Leadership 
Ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving departmental goals
Job Description:
 
1. Supervision and Team Management 
Oversee and manage the daily activities of the accounting team. 
Provide guidance and leadership to ensure the team's performance meets or exceeds expectations. 
2. Financial Reporting 
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance to GAAP 
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records 
3. Budgeting and Forecasting 
Assist in the development of annual budgets 
Collaborate with management to provide financial forecasts and analysis 
4. Process Improvement 
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy 
Streamline financial reporting processes. 
5. Compliance 
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. 
Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations. 
6. Training and Development 
Provide a training and development opportunities for the accounting team 
Foster a culture of continuous learning 
7. Communication 
Communicate financial information to various stakeholders, both internal and external 
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurately represented 
8. Audit Support 
Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits 
Provide the necessary documentation and explanations during audit process
