Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
Minimum 2 years expeience as Accounting Supervisor
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, MS Excel
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, tax laws and regulations.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to direct and supervise.
Job Summary:
The Accounting Supervisor plans and provide system and services relating to the financial dealings of the company and advises on the record keeping and compliance requirement. The role is responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting section, implementing accounting policies and business processes, maintaining the books of accounts in accordance with financial reporting standards and ensuring compliance with the statutory and legal reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
The Accounting Supervisor is required to discharge the routine duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management which includes but not limited to the following:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
Month and end-year process
Accounts Revenue & Collection
Purchase and Disbursement
Cash receipts
General ledger
Cash Position
Intercompany reconciliations
Preparation of book of accounts
SEC, Tax and Other regulatory reporting
Financial Reporting (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Superior
