ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Assist Accounting Manager on checking the accuracy of all reports and documents prepared by the officers which review and approval of CMSR, billings, invoices and AP & Check vouchers
Assist the manager on preparation of periodic financial statements and corporate monthly and annual reports such as IS, BS, TB
Assist external auditors / accountants in providing all required documents for project report
Preparation of BIR tax remittances
Prepares inventory reports and assign officers for the month end count commissary, warehouse and branches
Monitor deadlines for the submission of monthly report
monitor due date and deadlines for payment of monthly remittances, rentals, utilities and other monthly expenses
Supervise a smooth daily transaction within the department
Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or manager
